Fresh/perishable grocery items are generally not returnable. If you receive a damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo/video of the issue.

Eligible non-perishable products may be returned if unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method.
